Managment Review

By working closely with all the clients departments, encouraging representation from Production, Maintenance, Quality Assurance and senior management to attend the monthly meeting, we are able to review and evaluate our service and ensure that the Customers requirements are met. 
Thorough documentation and record keeping allows us to monitor, review and regularly audit procedures and hygiene standards. Audits are run through our specially developed HACCP based programme that strictly complies with domestic and international compulsory food safety audit regulations.

Training

Through our commitment to the ongoing training of our team members, a quality service is achieved and maintained.
